If you have trouble connecting your account to Bill concierge, you can troubleshoot the issue by following the instructions below
- Check if you have an active Xero account. You can test this by trying to log into your Xero account by clicking here using your Xero credentials
- If you have an active Xero account, please check if you any of the Organisations you are trying to connect to Bill Concierge is already connected to a different account in Bill Concierge as below.
- If already connected you may have to go to respective account in Bill Concierge under “Setup > My Account>Xero Setup” and disconnect it and try to reconnect choosing the right account.
